WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy and contact information
How inquiries, voicemail and optional website analytics are handled.
Details you choose to send
The form asks for a service, property ZIP code, name and phone number. Project notes are optional. Send only information relevant to your inquiry. Avoid payment details, access codes and unrelated sensitive information.
Delivery and follow-up
Vercel processes the inquiry server-side. Resend emails it to the site owner, Shayne Sherman, for follow-up. The resulting message is stored in the owner's mailbox. Sending an inquiry does not book work or confirm a provider, price, scope or schedule.
For questions about an earlier inquiry or your information, use the contact form or leave a voicemail at (574) 365-6324. No fixed automatic deletion period is configured by this website for inquiry messages or recordings. Contact the owner with a correction or deletion request.
Voicemail
The listed number uses Plivo voicemail. The greeting invites you to leave a message. Available caller information and a private recording link are emailed to the site owner. Plivo provides voice service and recording storage. Avoid payment information and unrelated sensitive details in voicemail.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, phone-link clicks and accepted form submissions. A phone-link click does not prove a connected call; an inquiry is not a booked job. Form names, contact details, locations and notes are not sent in those events. Automatic form tracking, advertising signals and URL query strings are excluded from this site's tracking configuration.
Analytics stays off until you allow it. Your browser stores your choice. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it; declining keeps contact features available. Google may set analytics cookies after consent. How Google uses data from websites.
Maps and outside links
Coverage maps load from OpenStreetMap when you choose to load one. They show geographic context, without a business-office pin or a guaranteed service boundary. Loading a map or following an outside link connects to that provider, which has its own data practices. Confirm project availability for the exact address separately.
